Ongoing Weekly Workshops

Participants will learn how to operate a sewing machine, read a commercial pattern, and alter clothing.

Apartment Artisans
Participants will use the laser cutter and CNC machine to create decor for their living spaces
Spring 2025: Every Thursday 2pm – 4:30pm

Architectural Modeling
Participants will use computer software and the laser cutter to design and create architectural models
Spring 2025: Every Saturday 12pm-1:30pm

Bicycle Repair & Enhancement
Participants will learn how to maintain and repair their bicycles, as well as making accessories
Spring 2025: Every Friday 12:30pm – 2:30pm

Basics of Soldering
Participants will learn how to solder with correct technique, and complete a beginner project to take home.

Preparing for CNC Machining
Participants will prepare models in Fusion360 for machining on CNC machines. No actual machines will be used in this workshop
Fall 2024: Every Wednesday 3pm-4pm

Intro to the CNC Router
Participants will learn how to create toolpaths for the CNC router based on an original design.

Participants will learn how to utilize vector graphics to design and produce jewelry.

Squishy Squash Sewing Workshop
Participants will learn how to draft custom pumpkin patterns and sew their designs.

Participants will learn how to transform 3D models of real-world topography to laser cutting files.
